The U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce will hold a press conference at the National Press Club (529 14th Street NW) in Washington, D.C. on Thursday December 2, 2004 at 12:30 PM EST
The U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce will provide an overview of the issue and claim against the SBA, the data on women businesses and federal procurement, and provide a clear view of the steps needed to create more opportunities for women in government contracting.
We are also proud to announce that several of our coalition partner organizations will be on hand to formally provide their support of the USWCC. Included among these partners are Business Professional Women/USA and the National Procurement Council.
News media representatives, women business owners and other interested parties are welcome. Very important: we ask that all non-media attendees register below, as space is limited and news media will be given preference for the press conference.
