What: The National Procurement Council and the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce are partnering to provide a workshop to assists small businesses to successfully prepare proposals in response to GSA Solicitations for the Management Operations and Business Improvement Services Multiple Award Schedule. During FY2004, federal agencies used MOBIS and other GSA schedules to purchase over $24 billion in products and services.
This workshop is optional (additional cost) and will be held one day prior to the NSBFPS Summit.

- Please look at the listing of NAICS codes contained in these two files (NAICS1 and NAICS2) and confirm that your business industry is in one of the NAICS codes listed.
- Participants should be able to document past contract performance, which may be government or commercial prime or subcontracts .
- Participants should have either approved Indirect Cost Rates or have historical or projected cost data to support the Fully Loaded Labor Rates they plan to propose to GSA.
