"Women on Board" Initiative & Committee Center

Women are underrepresented in many areas of leadership - but, none so glaringly than on economic and corporate boards. These are not just positions to advance one's career - they are at the heart of economic policy and opportunity, corporate values, and political influence.  The U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce is working directly with key influencers to dramatically raise the level of women serving in these key positions.  If this is an important issue to you, we hope you will step up to an active role on this committee.
