Access to Capital Initiative & Committee Center Access to the capital is the lifeblood of growth and competitiveness for women business owners. That is why we make it a top initiative of the USWCC. To help women start their businesses, mature, grow and compete - the USWCC educates entrepreneurs, bring resources to the table and advocates for you in Washington.
